WHO WE ARE

WARDALE is the authority layer between AI capability and real-world action.

We are building a governed AI workforce and agent-authority platform for organisations that want AI to do useful work without surrendering responsibility, approval or control.

The problem we are here to solve

AI can increasingly write, decide, buy, update systems, call tools and act on behalf of people or organisations. The harder question is no longer only whether the AI is capable. It is whether the AI has legitimate authority for that action, under whose responsibility, within which limits and with what evidence.

WARDALE is designed around that question.

Our operating idea

GOVERNANCE BEFORE AUTOMATION → AUTHORITY BEFORE EXECUTION → TRUST BEFORE COMMERCE

That means an AI worker should not gain real-world power merely because it can technically reach a tool or system. Responsibility, scope, limits and approval should be understood first.

What WARDALE does

Build

Choose AI workers for real business responsibilities instead of starting from a blank chatbot.

Govern

Put clear limits, approval points and accountable ownership around AI workers and agents.

Connect

Use WARDALE alongside the cloud, CRM, identity, workflow and payment systems you already have.

Verify

For supported governed actions, produce evidence receipts that can be checked without claiming that WARDALE owns or stores every customer's underlying data.

Authority Binding, explained simply

WARDALE calls the formal link between an AI actor, the accountable person or organisation, its permitted purpose, limits, approvals and validity Authority Binding.

It is the difference between “the AI can do this” and “the AI is authorised to do this for this purpose, under these limits, right now.”

Evidence without confusing it with data ownership

WARDALE can produce or verify evidence associated with supported governed decisions and actions. That does not mean WARDALE automatically takes ownership of a customer's private evidence or stores every underlying business record.

Storage location, retention period, access controls and whether evidence remains customer-side or is held in a WARDALE-managed service are deployment and commercial choices that must be defined explicitly.

Why use WARDALE instead of rebuilding the same controls around every AI product?

Organisations can assemble identity systems, agent frameworks, cloud services, payment networks, policies and audit tools. WARDALE's role is to make authority, workforce controls and evidence reusable across those systems so the governance problem does not have to be reinvented every time the model, agent framework or business application changes.
