Assessment boundary
Observed or structurally valid records must not be presented as WARDALE certified. Formal certification requires a separately governed evidence and conformity-assessment process. Third-party names or protocols may be referenced for interoperability without implying partnership or endorsement.
Production boundary
A deployed function is not automatically production-assured. Signing state, persistent-data controls, operational recovery and any external pilot requirements remain separately evidenced release gates.
