Revolut and PayPal profiles create sandbox orders. Adyen profiles submit TEST-card authorisation requests. Neither order creation nor authorisation is a claim of settlement or a network certification.
Before a new operation is admitted, the evaluation verifies delegated scope, counterparty and amount against the existing WOS authority engine. A durable local ledger reserves shared budget before the provider call.
Retries recover the same operation. An uncertain result keeps its reservation instead of silently switching providers. A revoked delegation cannot admit a new operation. Signed evidence links decisions to provider-native outcomes.
Executable test report · Source integrity hashes · Offline evidence verifier · Release and evidence API · Read-only OpenAPI
Verification uses an Ed25519 public key obtained from a trusted source. Public examples contain synthetic data. Private tenant evidence and authority implementation remain protected.
Connect an authorised sandbox, identify the accountable operator and agents, select the permitted work and spending limits, and review the resulting evidence. The standard evaluation is free for a maximum of 30 days, with no automatic billing.
Paysera, PayTo, Wise, Remitly and direct Visa/Mastercard agentic programmes are the next coverage candidates; they are not included in the four implemented profiles.
