UARP establishes portable identity and standing. The authority engine evaluates constitutional assignment, accountable-human authority, delegated scope, expiry, value and counterparty limits. Evidence Receipts make the resulting decision independently verifiable.
Interoperability position
WARDALE is designed to consume open and proprietary interaction environments through adapters while keeping its governance model independent of any one transport. A2A, MCP, REST and future protocols may carry interactions; WARDALE determines the authority and evidence conditions under which consequential action is accepted.
